To use in the bath: run your bathtub and place the bath bomb in the water after it is filled and the water is still running.                                          

To use in the shower: Place the tablet at the foot of your shower in a stream of water. As the tablet gets wet it dissolves and releases fragrance into the hot shower steam. Breathe deeply and enjoy the therapeutic benefit, fragrance blend. Be careful not to slip on the steamer.
