Aqua, Glycerin, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter,  Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Glyceryl Monostearate,  Cetearyl Alcohol, , Stearic Acid, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin, Fragrance (Parfum), Xantham Gum, Citric Acid

Add an almond sized dollop of lotion to your hand. Rub your palms together to warm up the lotion. Use your hands to massage the lotion into your body in small circular motions. Repeat until you have covered your entire body.
